Can be used as often as desired. If used daily: Wet hair with warm water and cleanse hair thoroughly with Malibu Swimmers Water Action Shampoo. Rinse thoroughly. Squeeze excess water from hair. Massage Malibu Swimmers Water Action Wellness Conditioner into hair and scalp. Allow to remain on hair for a few minutes. The longer the exposure time the better the results. Rinse with cool water. If used weekly: Wet hair with warm water and cleanse hair thoroughly with Malibu Swimmers Water Action Shampoo. Rinse. Hold Swimmers After-Swim Solution Wellness Active packet upright. Tear open. Pour contents of Wellness Active packet evenly across wet palm. Add a small amount of water and rub hands together to dissolve crystals forming a rich, creamy lather. Massage throughout hair and scalp. The longer the exposure the better. (For deeper penetration, cover with shower cap or towel and expose to heat or steam). Rinse very thoroughly. Follow with Malibu Swimmers Water Action Wellness Conditioner. Rinse with cool water.

I have 5 girls who love to swim. 4 of the five girls have natural blonde hair. With that they all have turned to green haired little girls. It is funny for a little bit but when the hair starts to dry up and feel rough it is not so funny any more. The chemicals in the pool were seriously damaging our pretty girls' hair. I tried everything....Ultra swim..Paul Mitchell Chlorine free...Swim caps....cutting the hair off...I mean EVERYTHING!!! I was getting really upset that I could not get the green out and school was getting ready to start back up again. So I gave it one more shot and tried Malibu 2000. We used all three products the Quicken, the Shampoo, the Boost packets and the Conditioner. I saw a miracle happen right before my eyes. The green literally disappeared. Now we just make sure we wash with the shampoo after swimming. We have not had green hair for weeks. To make matters even better, our hair is soft and shinny too.
I highly recommend this product to anyone who loves to be in a pool.

I have blonde highlighted hair, and due to all the chemicals required to fight a stubborn algae problem in my pool, I ended up with a decidedly green tint. My hair also felt like straw and had no shine. I ordered this kit, hoping it would at least help a little. As soon as I got it, I used all of the products.It immediately took the green out, and my hair felt so much softer. After a couple more uses my hair was completely back to normal - shiny, soft and BLONDE again. I would highly recommend this kit. I think the Wellness Actives packets (looks like bath salts) are the product that really scrubs the green out of your hair, but it all works together to repair/prevent the pool chemical damage. Now I use the shampoo and conditioner after every swim, and I haven't had a green hair on my head since! I will use this every year during pool season. Great product!
